For one night only, Friday 12th of June, you’ll have the chance to taste the season’s first batch of caviar—alongside endless intriguing salmon-centric canapés and grazing stations—in one sleek, celebratory night.

The team from Mt Cook Alpine Salmon will be present onsite, ready to guide you through the caviar, provide expert insight—and raise a toast to the season’s most exquisite produce.
