A limited-edition and nostalgic, take on the iconic Crunchie Bar.

Discover a moreish, creative cocktail powered by The Southerly’s luxury honey. “The Golden Monkey” sees whisky-infused Mānuka Honey take on a warm, caramelised note with a smokey edge.

It’s made with Crunchie Bar chocolate fat-washed rum, banana oleo and a honeycomb 1:1 syrup made with The Southerly Mānuka Honey. Finished with orange and mandarin bitters.

Exclusively available at HI-SO Rooftop Bar, Level 16, 67 Customs Street East Auckland CBD, inside SO/ Auckland.
