Available From 15-27 September 2025, discover a new menu of four unique Negroni creations by HI-SO Rooftop Bar’s mixologists, that each put an avant-garde, quirky and bold spin on the classic cocktail.
HI-SO Rooftop Bars ‘s 2025 Negroni Week Cocktails are:

- Beneath the Veil | $22 | a chocolatey, coffee and walnut negroni that’s clarified with chocolate milk. Made with coffee-infused gin, Campari, vermouth, chocolate Liqueur, walnut & orange bitters and clarified with chocolate milk.

- Blush and Bitter | $22 | a pretty and pink, floral-styled negroni. Made with yuzu gin, Lillet Rose, Campari, peach liquer and rhubarb bitters.

- Notte Negroni | $22 | Caramelised demerara sugar meets an punchy orange-infused gin. Made with fortified red wine, amaro, Cynar and aged barrel bitters.

- Hei Bai Negroni | $22 | A campari-based negroni emboldened by a thick layer of sesame cream. Made with black sesame infused rum, carrot infused vermouth, orgea, black walnut bitters.
