Our iconic Rooftop Caviar Celebration is back for 2025!

Celebrate the First of Season Caviar with a rooftop party bursting with bumps of caviar, sashimi, bubbles and salmon-centric nibbles.

For one night only, Friday 6th of June, you’ll have the chance to taste the season’s first batch of caviar—alongside endless intriguing salmon-centric canapés and grazing stations—in one sleek, celebratory night.

Your ticket includes:

  • Free-flowing salmon & caviar canapés throughout the night
  • A fresh sashimi station
  • Live yakitori station
  • Bumps of the first season Mt Cook Alpine Salmon Caviar—a first taste before anyone else in the country
  • A glass of Champagne on arrival
  • A first taste of Mt Cook’s new, secret, caviar infusion which will be unveiled on the night

You’ll be welcomed by a glass of bubbles, before indulging in bumps of Caviar from Mt Cook Alpine Salmon—the season’s first batch, no less.

An extra selection of cocktails, Zenkuro Sake specials, wines, beers and spirits are available to be purchased through the night at your whim.

Mt Cook Alpine Salmon will also be launching a secret new caviar flavour, exclusively for the evening. Be the first in New Zealand to get a taste before we launch it in 2026.

The team from Mt Cook Alpine Salmon will be present onsite, ready to guide you through the caviar, provide expert insight—and raise a toast to the season’s most exquisite produce.
